After studying in three countries (France, Poland, and the Netherlands), I worked for 15 years in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, where I held several international roles. I am therefore very familiar with the corporate world.

I have always been fascinated by human beings—their complexity, depth, and relationship with the world. Passionate about psychology and existential questions, I decided to give new meaning to my life. Becoming a humanistic psychotherapist was a heartfelt choice for me—a choice to live fully in alignment with my values, to use my full potential and talents, and above all, to share the best of myself with others.

My training is extensive and ongoing: it includes theory, practice, and methodology. I am certified by the Humanistic Gestalt School IFAS and adhere to its code of ethics. I continue to deepen my training both at IFAS and at IFTCE (the French Institute for Emotion-Centered Therapy). Learn more about the Gestalt and ECT (Emotion-Centered Therapy) approaches. I am committed to being in constant supervision, thus ensuring that my practice is regularly reviewed by a third party.

I discovered Gestalt and ECT through personal therapy because, like you, I could no longer solve my problems on my own. Therapy helped me heal and become the author of my life.

So I have walked this path before you: that’s how I came to share the conviction—voiced by Carl Rogers—that anyone who wishes can improve their well-being, and that each of us carries within a wealth waiting to be explored and expressed.
